*For performances, company dancers must wear Capezio Mesh Tight, Style #9, Classic Pink.

Tights must be worn, under leotards and over feet, to all classes. Pink ballet slippers, leather or canvas, must be worn with elastics properly sewn. Skirts may be worn for Repertoire and Pointe classes at the teacher's discretion. No skirts are allowed in the Children’s Division. **Black leotards must be entirely black with no colors. Please avoid leotards with low backs, cut-outs, mesh, multiple straps or halters. Classic, conservative styles are encouraged. Colored leotards are allowed for Saturday Ballet IV/V class only. All dancers in the company must have a plain, black camisole leotard for demonstrations and performances. Pointe shoes should have ribbons and elastics sewn. NO safety pins. Please do not wear street shoes into the studios nor wear dance shoes outside of the building.

Our studios do get cold in the winter and close fitting warmup clothes may be worn at the beginning of class. Please do not abuse this privilege. Street clothes are not permitted as warmup attire. Leg warmers, socks and a thin ballet sweater are sufficient for a dancer to warm up in. No loose clothing allowed. Dancers should enter the studio with their class attire on. Do not use the studio as your dressing room.

Hair must be worn completely off the neck in a tight fitting bun. Neat bangs are permitted. Please do not wear colored nail polish to class. No jewelry, with the exception of small earrings, is allowed, especially watches and necklaces, which can cause injury. Do not leave any valuables in the dressing rooms. We are not responsible for lost items.
